It was confusing because I was first told the licenses would be emailed, but also that they needed the email address associated with my Spectrasonics account. Because of what you said, I checked my Spectrasonic account - and they were finally there!!! (Well, three of the 4, anyway...still waiting on the NFR for VIP.) Thank you!!

When I did mine, they asked me for the Username, not my email address. I wonder if that makes a difference
